About Us

Software for e-commerce & retail · From the team behind Sellerpoint

Orders that process themselves — no more phone calls, emails, and re-keying.

We're CPI Technologies from Frankfurt, and since 2017 we've been building software for retailers, brands, and wholesalers: order portals, customer portals, and multichannel integrations that replace manual busywork. The platform behind Sellerpoint — routing tens of thousands of orders a day — came out of our shop.

Free and non-binding. Together we'll find out where the biggest automation and revenue potential sits in your business.

AS SEEN IN

Sound familiar?

Selling works fine. Fulfillment is eating you alive.

Your products sell — but every order creates manual work. The more channels and customers you add, the more people you need just to keep the wheels turning. That squeezes your margin and makes growth a grind.

Orders arrive by phone, email, and fax

  • Your B2B customers email orders as attachments, call them in, or genuinely still fax them.
  • Your team re-keys everything into the ERP by hand — with typos, callbacks, and overtime.
  • Past a certain volume, the back office becomes the bottleneck, not sales.

Every channel has its own chaos

  • Your own store, Amazon, eBay, marketplaces, plus B2B sales: each channel has its own stock, prices, and rules.
  • Without one central platform, you maintain everything several times over.
  • You only spot the oversell once the customer cancels and the bad review is already live.

Your customers can't see anything — so they call

  • Where's my delivery? What's my tier price on item X? Can you resend that invoice?
  • Every one of those is a question a customer portal answers in seconds.
  • Until it exists, your team answers them — one at a time, on the phone.

Our offer

What we build for retailers, brands, and wholesalers

Always software that automates orders, customers, or channels — these are the most common building blocks.

B2B order portals

Your customers see their product range, their tier prices, and live availability — and place orders themselves. Every order lands straight in your ERP without anyone typing it in.

Customer portals with self-service

Delivery status, invoices, returns, reorders: your customers handle themselves what your team answers by phone today. Our ready-made self-service platform provides the foundation — no starting from scratch.

Multichannel integration

Amazon, eBay, marketplaces, your own store: stock, prices, and orders converge in one system instead of being maintained across five dashboards. Sellerpoint shows we can do this at serious scale.

Automated order capture

Read, validate, and import orders from emails and PDFs into your ERP automatically — with AI that copes with messy formats. Your team only reviews the exceptions.

AI chatbots & digital coworkers

An assistant that answers product questions, quotes delivery times, and takes orders — in your store, on WhatsApp, or inside the portal. Connected to your real data, not canned phrases.

Marketplaces & platforms of your own

Don't just sell on marketplaces — own the one your industry trades on. We build platforms that bring vendors and buyers together, payment processing included.

Integrations

All your channels and systems — one platform

The difference between yet another tool and a commerce platform of your own: it doesn't replace what works — it connects it. Orders, stock, and customer data flow to where they belong, automatically.

How it works

From manual work to self-service in about 90 days

No agency black box, no never-ending IT project: three steps, each with a clear deliverable — at a fixed price.

Step 1 · Weeks 1–2

Prove the numbers before you build

  • In the free 30-minute Potential Analysis, we look at how your orders really flow: how many are handled manually, where errors creep in, what that costs per month.
  • We talk to five of your customers and learn whether they'd actually use a portal.
  • You then receive a written scope, a fixed price, and a launch date.
  • If the idea doesn't hold up, the project ends here — and you only pay for this stage.

Step 2 · Weeks 3–9

Weekly sprints to version one

  • Within days, you have a clickable prototype of your portal — with your products, your price lists, your processes.
  • Every Friday, you review the latest build in your browser and decide what gets built next: ERP integration, tier pricing, delivery tracking.
  • The fixed price never moves — no matter how many hours we put in.

Step 3 · Weeks 10–13

Test with real customers, then roll out

  • Five to ten of your regular customers order through the portal for four weeks while your team keeps working as usual.
  • Wherever customers get stuck, we fix it — before the full rollout.
  • After launch, we stay on to run and grow the platform — a full handover is possible at any time, and the code is 100% yours.

What you get out of it

What your trading business gets out of it

Less manual work per order, more revenue per customer — and a business that grows without adding headcount.

A back office that doesn't have to grow

Orders your customers enter themselves never need re-keying. Your team focuses on purchasing, product range, and edge cases instead of routine data entry — and you handle more volume without having to hire.

Customers who stay and order more

Once a customer has ordered comfortably through your portal, they stop calling your competitor. Visible stock levels, personal pricing, and one-click reordering turn occasional buyers into regulars — around the clock, Sunday evenings included.

A more valuable company

A trading business with its own platform is worth more than one that runs on phone calls and paper. And once your portal proves itself, you can offer it to other companies in your industry — as a software product with recurring revenue.

Sellerpoint: from client project to equity stake

Sellerpoint dashboard showing orders across multiple marketplaces

Sellerpoint is our proof in commerce: a multichannel platform that lets retailers manage orders, inventory, and fulfillment across six marketplaces from a single interface — from Amazon to Etsy.

We didn't just build the platform — we believe in it: CPI has held an equity stake since December 2022 and keeps developing the product and infrastructure to this day.

The comparison

Your own platform, off-the-shelf SaaS, or an in-house dev team?

Off-the-shelf shop and SaaS tools only cover half of your tier prices and workflows. Your own dev team is expensive and hard to find. Our approach: a platform built around how your business actually trades — by people who have shipped software since 2017.

Frequently asked questions

What retailers want to know before a project

Can you integrate with our ERP and our existing store?

Yes — that's the core of almost every commerce project we do. We connect order and customer portals to your existing systems via APIs instead of replacing them: products, stock, prices, and customer data come from your ERP, and orders flow straight back in. We map out which systems you run during the Potential Analysis — and the written scope then states exactly which integrations are included.

Our B2B customers have ordered by phone and email for years. Will they even use a portal?

That's exactly what we verify before anything gets built: in stage 1, we talk to five of your customers and find out what's really missing from how they order today. In the test phase, five to ten of your regulars then order through the portal for four weeks before you roll it out broadly. And here's what we see in practice: once customers can check their prices, stock, and delivery status themselves, hardly anyone wants to go back to waiting on hold.

Does our store need to be rebuilt for this?

No. An order or customer portal runs alongside your existing store and your ERP — it doesn't replace anything that works. AI features like automated order capture or a chatbot are also built as additions on top of your existing systems. We only build from scratch what doesn't exist today or is provably slowing you down — and we decide that together, based on the numbers from the Potential Analysis.

How can the price be fixed before the scope is final?

The quote costs you nothing: in the free Potential Analysis, we look at your order processes and systems, and you then receive a written fixed-price quote with scope and launch date. Once you sign, that number doesn't move — no matter how many hours we put in. If you later want to connect additional channels or modules, that gets its own quote with its own fixed price.

Who owns the portal, the code, and the data?

You do — completely. Source code, credentials, documentation, and the hosting accounts all run under your company's name; hosting is in the EU and GDPR-compliant. Your order and customer data stays your data. We keep running the platform long after launch, but a complete handover to your team or another provider is possible at any time — there's no lock-in that only we can undo.

You build with AI — can that handle tens of thousands of orders a day?

For us, AI speeds up writing code, not making decisions: architecture, data model, and reviews are handled by a human with nearly ten years of experience, and every line goes through the same tests and standards as hand-written code. Sellerpoint is the proof it holds: the platform routes tens of thousands of orders every day. That way of working is what makes the fixed price and the roughly 90 days to launch possible in the first place.
