About Us

A standard product for education providers & companies · Live in about 14 days

Your own learning platform: your courses, your brand — no platform taking a cut.

We build academies, coaches, and companies their own video course and learning platform — instead of a rented solution with revenue share and someone else's logo. Your learners watch courses, take quizzes, and earn certificates. You sell at your prices, through your own payment processing, with your own customer data — as a mobile app if you want one.

Free and non-binding. We'll work out together what the rented platform and its fees cost you today — and what a platform of your own changes.

AS SEEN IN

Sound familiar?

Your courses are selling — but the platform earns on every sale

Kajabi, Teachable, and the like are a quick start. But the better your business runs, the more expensive the rent gets: fees on every sale, someone else's branding in the checkout — and the learner data lives with the provider, not with you.

Platform fees eat into your margin.

  • A monthly fee plus a cut of every sale — the more you sell, the more you pay.
  • Prices, bundles, and checkout follow what the builder allows — not your business model.
  • And cancelling is barely an option: your courses, learners, and reviews live inside the provider's system.

Your brand is a subtenant.

  • Your learners study on the platform's domain, in the builder's design.
  • The checkout, the emails, sometimes even the player: someone else's branding at the moment that matters most.
  • You've spent years building a brand — and at the point of purchase, your customer sees a different one.

The learner data belongs to the platform.

  • Who watches which courses, where learners drop off, who's ready for the next offer — you only see what the provider lets you see.
  • Exporting to your own CRM or newsletter tool: limited, clunky, or not on offer at all.
  • Switch platforms, and you start from zero.

Product tour

What your learners will see

Three views from a learning platform the way we'd build it for you — in the browser and, if you want, as an app. Your logo, your colors, your domain.

Learning platform course overview with progress, certificates, and course catalog

The learning area: every course, all progress

After logging in, your learner sees their courses, their progress, and where they left off — one click, and they pick up exactly there. Completed courses show the certificate, new offers are placed in plain sight: your platform keeps selling right inside the learning area.

Example view of a learning platform

Learning platform course player with video, chapter list, and progress indicator

The course player: video, chapters, quiz

The player remembers every second: a chapter list next to the video, materials to download, a quiz at the end of the lesson. When your learner passes the final test, the platform issues the certificate automatically — with your logo on it, not a builder's.

Learning platform as a mobile app: course view with lessons and progress

An app on your learners' phones

If you want, your platform gets its own iOS and Android app: keep learning on the go, push notifications for new lessons, your logo on the home screen. You can't get closer to your learners than that — and the learning happens where everyone already is: on the phone.

What's included

What the platform can do

The feature set is a proven standard product — which parts your platform needs is something we decide together.

Course player with chapters & progress

Videos organized into chapters and lessons, materials to download, progress saved to the second. Your learners pick up exactly where they left off — on any device.

Quizzes & certificates

Knowledge checks after a lesson, a final test per course. Whoever passes automatically receives a certificate with your logo — as a PDF to download and show off.

Course sales without revenue share

Single courses, bundles, subscriptions: you sell at your prices through your own payment provider — Stripe or PayPal, for example. Beyond their usual processing fees, nobody takes a cut.

Learner & company accounts

Every learner gets their own login; for corporate clients you create groups and assign courses — ideal for internal training and for selling to entire teams.

Learning progress & reporting

You see which courses perform, where learners drop off, and who has completed what. For companies: proof of completed training at the push of a button.

CRM & newsletter integration

New learners land in your CRM automatically, course completions trigger email sequences. Your customer data lives in your systems — and works for you there.

The process

From analysis to launch — a clear process

The learning platform is a standard product with a clear process — not a vague agency project still stuck in workshops a year in.

Step 1 · Days 1–3

Potential analysis & concept

  • In the free potential analysis (30 min), we go through your course business: what you sell today, on which platform — and what the fees and builder limits are costing you.
  • You then receive a written scope, a fixed price, and a launch date.

Step 2 · Days 4–10

Your platform takes shape on a proven base

  • Because we build on the finished standard product, the core is standing on day one — you click through the current state whenever you like and decide what comes next.
  • Your design, your domain, your payment provider — and your existing courses move over with you, videos and learner accounts included.
  • The fixed price doesn't change along the way — no matter how many hours we put in.

Step 3 · Days 11–14

Pilot with real learners, then launch

  • A group of your learners uses the platform first — wherever they get stuck, we fix it.
  • Only then do you switch over: sales, logins, and courses now run through your own platform.
  • After launch, we keep looking after the platform for the long run — a handover is possible at any time, and the code is 100% yours.

What you get out of it

A platform that pays off three times over

On margin, on brand, and on growth.

Full margin instead of platform fees

No revenue share, no fee per sale: what your courses earn is yours — minus nothing but your payment provider's processing fees. The more you sell, the bigger the difference.

Your brand, your data

Learners study on your domain, in your design, and every contact lands in your CRM. You build brand equity and customer relationships that nobody can cancel on you.

Scales without extra workload

Whether 50 learners or 5,000: courses, quizzes, and certificates run automatically. You produce once — the platform delivers, upsells, and documents completions.

The comparison

Why a platform of your own — and why with us

Rented platforms are a quick start — but you remain a guest in someone else's system. Building in-house takes years. Our way: a proven product base, tailored to your course business.

Frequently asked questions

What course businesses ask before a platform project

We already sell through Kajabi, Teachable, or a similar platform — can we migrate?

Yes — migration is the normal case, not the exception. Videos, course structures, and learner accounts move over to your platform; your learners get new logins on your domain, and you switch running subscriptions over in stages. What your current provider actually hands over on export, and how the move works in detail, is exactly what we clarify in the potential analysis — before you cancel anything.

How does payment processing work — do we need our own provider?

You sell through your own payment provider — Stripe, PayPal, or Mollie, for example. The account belongs to you, and the money flows directly to you. One-time purchases, installments, and subscriptions are part of the standard scope; the platform generates invoices automatically. There is no revenue share — not to us and not to any platform, just your payment provider's usual fees.

Where are videos and learner data hosted — and is it GDPR-compliant?

Hosting is in the EU, GDPR-compliant, on accounts that belong to your company — not to us. Videos live in a streaming service with EU hosting and are protected against casual downloading and redistribution. You get a full list of all services and running costs at any time; access controls, encryption, and deletion policies are part of the standard scope, not extras.

Do we need an app — or is the web platform enough?

Most start in the browser: nothing to install, runs on any device, including phones. A dedicated iOS and Android app is worth it when your learners regularly study on the go or you want to bring them back with push notifications. Both grow from the same base — you can start with web and add the app later without rebuilding.

What does a learning platform of our own cost?

That depends on the scope: course sales, company accounts, an app, integrations. After the free potential analysis, you receive a written offer with scope, launch date, and a fixed price — once signed, that number doesn't change. And because the platform builds on a proven standard product, you're far better off than with greenfield development — while the rented platform's monthly fees and revenue share go away.

Who looks after the platform once it's live?

We do. After launch, we keep looking after the platform for the long run: updates, security, new features, further integrations. You don't need your own IT team for it. And if you ever want to take over yourself: a complete handover of code, accounts, and documentation is possible at any time — the source code and every account are yours from day one.
