Platform development for business owners · Self-service, not back office
We build the platform where your vendors and your customers do business directly — booking, ordering, and paying without your team touching every request. Since 2017, we've been building platforms in Frankfurt like Sellerpoint, which routes tens of thousands of orders a day. With AI-powered development, the first clickable version exists within days — and launch follows in around 90 days.

Sound familiar?
Right now, your back office sits between your vendors and your customers: requests come in by email, availability lives in a spreadsheet, invoices are written by hand. It works — until volume grows. Then it's not your profit that scales, it's your headcount.
What we build
Connecting two sides, self-service instead of back office — that's the common core. And much of it doesn't start from zero: our Customer Self-Service Platform ships with login, roles, and the portal foundation ready to go.
Vendor profiles, search and matching, booking, reviews, and commission billing in one system. You set the rules — commission rates, approvals, visibility — and the platform enforces them automatically on every transaction.
Availability, calendars, online payment, cancellation rules, and automatic reminders — for appointments, spaces, machines, or staff. Your customers book at 10 p.m. without a phone ringing on your side.
Order status, documents, contracts, invoices: your customers handle themselves what your team picks up the phone for today. On request, our ready-made Customer Self-Service Platform serves as the foundation — adapted to your processes instead of built from scratch.
For wholesalers and manufacturers: customer-specific pricing, volume tiers, approval workflows, and reordering in a few clicks — connected to your ERP. Sellerpoint shows where that scales: tens of thousands of orders per day.
Tiered memberships, exclusive content, and recurring payments — like Ameritum, the membership club we took live in record time with AI-powered development. Predictable revenue, month after month.
Customers pay on the platform, and an established payment provider splits each amount automatically between you and your vendors — no payment license of your own required. Invoices, credit notes, and payout statements are generated automatically.
Integrations
A platform nobody has to maintain twice: orders land straight in your ERP, payments flow automatically, and customer data stays in sync — connected to the systems you already run.

Tools your team uses
A few examples — we connect what you actually need: direct interfaces to your ERP and payment provider, plus an integration layer covering 1,500+ apps.
How it works
No agency black box, no never-ending project: three steps, each with a clear deliverable — at a fixed price that doesn't move once you sign.
Step 1 · Weeks 1–2
Step 2 · Weeks 3–9
Step 3 · Weeks 10–13

What you get
A platform works for you: as a revenue stream, as an asset, and as a moat around your customer relationships.
Commissions, booking fees, subscriptions: your platform earns on every transaction — whether ten bookings run through it a day or ten thousand. And your back office doesn't grow with it, because both sides handle their own transactions.
In a valuation or a sale, recurring platform revenue counts as an asset in its own right — unlike brokering that depends on your team. Add network effects: every new vendor makes the platform more valuable to customers, and vice versa.
The biggest risk of a marketplace isn't the technology — it's whether vendors will list and customers will book. That's exactly what we test with real users before the rollout. You'll know within weeks, not after a year of marketing spend.
The comparison
Marketplace builders are quick but generic: your commission logic gets squeezed into someone else's template, and the code is never yours. Building in-house takes years and people you don't have. Our approach: your platform in about 90 days, with ongoing support.

Case studies
From a B2B commerce platform to a real estate investment marketplace — two projects that show how both sides come together.
E-commerce know-how turned into a SaaS product of its own: Sellerpoint bundles selling on Amazon, eBay, and Shopify into a single interface — with 500+ active users and tens of thousands of orders per day. CPI remains a partner and shareholder to this day.

By not starting from zero: most business owners who come to us already bring one side — existing customers, suppliers, a partner network. In the Potential Analysis, we work out which side you have and how the other one gets on board, for instance through a launch offer for your first vendors. During the test phase, real users from both sides work with the platform before any money goes into marketing. If you have no access to either side, we'll tell you so honestly in the first call.
Through established payment providers that specialize in marketplaces: the customer pays on the platform, and the provider splits the amount automatically — your commission to you, the rest to the vendor. You don't need a payment license of your own; the regulatory burden sits with the provider. Invoices, credit notes, and payout statements are generated by the platform automatically. Which provider fits your model is something we nail down in the Potential Analysis.
Yes — we connect your ERP, CRM, accounting, calendars, or payment providers via APIs, so nobody maintains data twice. Orders from the portal land straight in your ERP, and customer data stays in sync. Hosting is in the EU, GDPR-compliant, on accounts owned by your company. At any time, you get a full breakdown of every running service and its costs — there's no lock-in that only we can undo.
Because the scope is put in writing before the project starts: in the free Potential Analysis, we define what the first version of your platform has to do — and what it deliberately doesn't yet. You then receive a fixed-price quote with scope and launch date; once you sign, the number doesn't move, no matter how many hours we put in. If stage one shows the idea doesn't hold up, the project ends there — you only pay for that stage. Later extensions get their own quote.
The platform is yours: source code, credentials, documentation, and all hosting and service accounts run under your company's name. After launch, we stay on to run it long term — operations, security, further development — because a platform lives on being maintained. A complete handover to your own team or another provider is still possible at any time: if you never hire us again, you're not missing a thing.
Especially there: for us, AI speeds up writing code, not making decisions. Architecture, data model, roles, and payment flows are designed by a human who has been building platforms for nearly ten years. Every line goes through the same tests and standards as hand-written code. That way of working is what makes the fixed price and the roughly 90 days to launch possible in the first place — and it's publicly documented in our book (vibecodingbuch.de).
