About Us

Blockchain & Web3 · In regulated markets since 2017

Your blockchain venture: built like a financial product, not a crypto experiment.

We've been building blockchain products since 2017 — tokenization platforms, smart contracts, and wallets for companies operating in regulated markets. No whitepaper theater: you get a written scope, a launch date — and a product that stands up to investors, banks, and regulators.

Free and non-binding. Together we pressure-test whether your venture holds up — technically, commercially, and with the regulator.

Sound familiar?

Where blockchain ventures actually fail

Not on the technology. Most ventures die somewhere between hype agencies, regulation, and security mistakes — long before the first token ever reaches an investor.

Every provider sounds like 2021.

  • You have a concrete plan — tokenizing an asset, a wallet, a smart contract behind your business model.
  • But every proposal you receive reads like a whitepaper: plenty of vision, little substance.
  • And many agencies from the last hype cycle simply don't exist anymore.

Regulation decides, not technology.

  • KYC, anti-money-laundering rules, prospectus requirements, MiCA: a setup the regulator rejects makes the best product worthless.
  • Your lawyer speaks legalese, your developer speaks Solidity — and nobody translates.
  • So you build twice. And pay twice.

A flaw in the contract can't be patched.

  • Smart contracts manage real money and real assets.
  • A vulnerability discovered after deployment isn't a bug ticket — it's damage.
  • A freelancer who happens to know Solidity isn't enough: you need audits, test suites, and accountability.

What we build

What we build for blockchain ventures

Since 2017, we've shipped platforms, contracts, and wallets across multiple chains and jurisdictions. These are the building blocks your product is made of.

Tokenization platforms & STOs

Security token offerings from investor onboarding with KYC/AML through to token issuance — EU-compliant and ready for institutional investors. As a white-label solution for a fast start, or custom-built around your issuance model.

Smart contracts & audits

Solidity and Hyperledger, deployed across multiple chains. Every contract goes through automated vulnerability analysis and manual review by experienced engineers — because it manages real money and real assets, not test data.

Wallets & payment processing

150+ supported fiat and crypto currencies, double-entry bookkeeping, banking-grade security: as part of your platform or as a standalone payment solution that plugs into your existing systems — instead of running alongside them.

Investor onboarding & KYC/AML

Registration, identity verification, and subscription flow as one seamless journey: your investors subscribe digitally, and the regulator sees clean processes. KYC, AML, and documentation are part of our standard scope, not an add-on.

Token design & regulatory setup

Which token type, which chain, which legal framework? We translate between your law firm and the code so you build once instead of twice — and you get the recommendation in writing, with reasoning, before a single line of code exists.

Web3 for your existing business

Token logic, wallet login, or on-chain proofs as an extension of your existing software — integrated into your shop, portal, or CRM without rebuilding your system from scratch.

How it works

From venture to audited product

No black box, no never-ending project. Three steps with clear deliverables — around 90 days to launch on average, all at a fixed price.

Step 1 · Weeks 1–2

Prove it before you build it

  • In the free 30-minute Potential Analysis, we pressure-test your venture for feasibility: which token type fits, which chain, and what the regulatory framework demands.
  • We work directly with your law firm instead of past it.
  • You then receive a written scope, a fixed price, and a launch date.
  • If the venture doesn't hold up, we'll tell you just as plainly.

Step 2 · Weeks 3–9

Weekly sprints to version one

  • Frontend, backend, and investor onboarding are built AI-assisted — a clickable prototype exists within days, not months.
  • The smart contract logic is written and reviewed by experienced engineers: automated vulnerability analysis plus manual review, with an external audit for high-value contracts.
  • Every Friday, you see the latest build in your browser and decide what gets built next.

Step 3 · Weeks 10–13

Prove it on testnet, then go live

  • Before the mainnet launch, real users — investors, partners, your team — work with the product on testnet.
  • Whatever trips them up gets fixed before real money moves.
  • After launch, we keep running the platform and contracts long term — a full handover is possible at any time, and the code is 100% yours.

What you get out of it

What you end up with

A blockchain product that doesn't stall in the pilot stage — it brings in capital, customers, and trust.

Access to new capital

Tokenization makes your asset — real estate, equity stakes, tangible goods — investable in small denominations. You reach investors for whom your offering used to be too big, too illiquid, or too far away. A rigid asset becomes a tradable product.

Trust as a sales argument

Clean KYC, EU hosting, audited contracts: a setup that banks, investors, and regulators take seriously is rare in Web3 — and that's exactly your edge in sales. You're not selling hype; you're selling a vetted product.

Independence instead of a black box

Smart contracts, platform code, admin keys, and every account belong to you. We keep running the product long term — but if you build your own team tomorrow, we hand over everything and you're not missing a thing. Whoever controls the keys controls the product.

The comparison

Why CPI — and not the next crypto agency

Hype agencies disappear with the market cycle, and an in-house blockchain team is expensive and hard to find. Our approach: audited products at a fixed price, built by people who have shipped in regulated markets since 2017.

No pilot projects: platforms that carried real issuances — scrutinized by investors and regulators.

MICCA

A complete tokenization platform for regulated entities: security token offerings, ICO launchpad, crypto payments, exchange, and custody in one system. In production since 2019 and continuously extended ever since — through every market cycle.

Frequently asked questions

What founders and issuers want to know first

Which blockchains do you work with?

Ethereum, Polygon, Avalanche, BNB Smart Chain, and Hyperledger. Which chain is right depends on your use case: transaction volume, gas costs, regulatory requirements, and ecosystem maturity. For regulated issuances, it also matters which standards your custodian and your investors will accept. We talk all of this through in the Potential Analysis — and you get the recommendation in writing, with reasoning, before a single line of code is written.

How do you make sure the smart contracts are secure?

Every contract goes through automated vulnerability analysis, manual review by experienced blockchain engineers, and formal test suites. For contracts that manage significant value, we recommend an external audit on top — and plan it into the timeline and budget from day one. We only deploy to mainnet once the product has passed its testnet phase with real users. For us, security is the starting point, not an optional extra.

How do you handle BaFin, MiCA, and KYC/AML?

We're not a law firm — but we've been building products in regulated environments since 2017, and we work directly with your legal counsel so that legalese and code speak the same language. We built the platform behind Germany's first BaFin-approved real estate STO (Fundament) and delivered a BaFin-compliant fundraising platform for Bitalo AG on schedule. KYC, AML, and documentation workflows are part of our standard scope, not an add-on.

How can the price be fixed if the scope is only defined at the start?

The quote costs you nothing: in the free Potential Analysis, we find out together whether your venture holds up — technically, commercially, and from a regulatory standpoint. You then receive a written fixed-price quote with scope and launch date. Once you sign, that number doesn't move, no matter how many hours we put in. Anything you want later — new modules, additional chains, further token classes — gets its own quote.

Who owns the code, the contracts, and the keys?

You do — 100%. Source code, smart contracts, admin keys, documentation, and every hosting and service account run under your company's name. We keep supporting the product long after launch, but a complete handover is possible at any time — if you never hire us again, you're not missing a thing. With blockchain products, this matters more than anywhere else: whoever controls the keys controls the product. With us, that's you.

You work with AI. Does that make the code worse?

For us, AI speeds up writing code — not making decisions. Frontend, backend, and onboarding flows come together in days instead of months; that's what makes the fixed price and the 90-day average possible in the first place. The smart contract logic is still written and audited by specialized engineers, and architecture and reviews are handled by a human with nearly ten years of experience. Every line goes through the same tests and standards as hand-written code.
