About Us

A standard product for mid-sized companies · Live in about 14 days

Your own customer portal: customers serve themselves — your back office gets its time back.

We build mid-sized companies their own self-service platform — as a web portal or mobile app. Your customers log in, see their booked services, download invoices, update their details, and track their requests — around the clock, without your team touching a single email.

Free and non-binding. We'll walk through your own processes and show you exactly which requests a portal can take off your team's plate.

AS SEEN IN

Sound familiar?

Your back office spends every day on things your customers could easily do themselves

Your customers are happy, your services are established — and yet your team is stuck every day doing work no human should have to do. Not because your people are slow, but because your customers have to call or email for every little thing.

Your team answers the same emails every day.

  • “What's the status?”, “What exactly did we book?”, “Could you resend that invoice?” — day in, day out.
  • The answers have been sitting in your systems all along. Your customer just can't get to them.
  • So they call — and your team drops real work to answer.

Invoice copies get ordered over the phone.

  • Look up the invoice in the ERP, export the PDF, write the email: ten minutes of work per request.
  • For something that would be a single click in a customer account.
  • Multiplied by every customer, every week.

A new billing address takes three days.

  • The change arrives as a free-form email and sits in the inbox.
  • Someone keys it in by hand — and sometimes gets it wrong.
  • The next invoice goes to the old address, and your team fixes it a second time.
  • Master data by phone call doesn't scale.

What your customers will see

Four views from a customer portal the way we'd build it for you — as a web portal and, if you want, as an app on your customers' phones. Your logo, your colors, your domain.

Customer portal dashboard showing booked services, invoices, and requests

Everything that matters, at a glance

After logging in, your customer immediately sees what they care about: booked services, open invoices, the status of their requests. Instead of calling your team, they take a quick look — and “what's the status?” never reaches your inbox.

Example view of a customer portal

Customer portal invoice overview with PDF downloads and self-managed billing details

View invoices — update billing details themselves

Every invoice available as a PDF at any time, with the payment status right next to it. If the billing address or VAT ID changes, your customer updates it themselves — cleanly structured instead of free-form email. No follow-up questions, no typos, no invoice sent to the old address.

Customer portal as a mobile app: home screen with services and notifications

An app on your customers' home screen

If you want, your portal gets its own iOS and Android app — your logo on the home screen, a push notification for new invoices or status changes. You can't get closer to your customers than that. Meanwhile, your competitors keep emailing PDFs.

On the road: any invoice in seconds

The business owner who needs an invoice for their bookkeeper late at night finds it on their phone in seconds — instead of holding the line with your team the next morning. That's what professional service feels like.

What's included

What the platform can do

The feature set is a proven standard product — which of your processes the portal covers is something we define together.

Login & customer accounts

Every customer gets their own secure access — with multiple users per company and separate permissions if needed, say for management and accounting.

View & book services

Your customers see what they've booked and order additional services right in the portal — no quote ping-pong. Your portal sells for you, nights and weekends included.

Invoices & payments

Every invoice as a PDF, payment status at a glance, online payment if you want it. “Could you resend that invoice?” answers itself.

Self-service master data

Addresses, contacts, billing and bank details — your customers update them themselves. The change lands in your systems as structured data instead of a free-form email.

Requests with status tracking

No more email ping-pong: submit a request, track its status, keep follow-ups in one place. Your team works through one clean queue instead of three inboxes.

Connected to your existing systems

ERP, accounting, CRM: the portal shows live data from your systems and writes changes back. No duplicate data entry, no second source of truth.

Integrations

Connected to your systems — and to 1,500+ apps

Your portal is no island: it shows live data from your internal systems and hooks into the tools your team already works with through an integration layer.

How it works

From analysis to rollout — one clear process

The self-service platform is a standard product with a clear sequence — not a vague agency project still stuck in workshops a year in.

Step 1 · Days 1–3

Potential analysis & process selection

  • In the free 30-minute potential analysis, we work out together which requests eat most of your back office's time — and which of them belong in the portal.
  • You then receive a written scope, a fixed price, and a launch date.

Step 2 · Days 4–10

Your portal takes shape on a proven base

  • Because we build on the finished standard product, the core is standing on day one — you click through the current state whenever you like and decide what comes next.
  • Your design, your domain, connected to your existing systems — you watch the portal grow instead of waiting months for a result.
  • The fixed price doesn't change — no matter how many hours we put in.

Step 3 · Days 11–14

Pilot with real customers, then rollout

  • A handful of your customers use the portal first — wherever they get stuck, we fix it.
  • Only then does everyone get access.
  • After launch we keep running the platform for you — a full handover is possible at any time, and the code is 100% yours.

What you get out of it

A portal that pays for itself three times over

In your team, with your customers, and on your top line.

A back office with room to breathe

Status questions, invoice copies, address changes — the portal handles them. Your team focuses on the cases that genuinely need a human. And you can grow without growing your admin.

Customers who stay

A customer who logs in with you and gets served around the clock has little reason to switch providers. Your own portal looks a league more professional than competitors with PDF attachments and hold music.

The foundation for new revenue

Once your customers are logged in, you can sell to them right there: add-on services, upgrades, recurring bookings. The portal becomes a sales channel — and the groundwork for digital revenue models.

The comparison

Why your own portal — and why with us

Portal builders are quick but generic, and you never own them. Building in-house takes years. Our approach: a proven product base, tailored to your processes.

Frequently asked questions

What business owners want to know before a portal project

Can the portal connect to our ERP and accounting software?

Yes — that's exactly what it's built for. The portal displays invoices, services, and customer data from your existing systems and writes changes back, instead of creating a second data silo. We'll map out your system landscape in the potential analysis — whether it's DATEV, a common ERP, or something custom-built, there's a clean integration path for almost everything.

Where is the data hosted — and is it GDPR-compliant?

Hosting is in the EU, GDPR-compliant, on accounts owned by your company — not by us. You get a full list of all services and running costs at any time; there's no dependency only we can untangle. Access controls, encryption, and deletion policies are part of the standard scope, not extras.

What if our customers don't use the portal?

That's why we start with a pilot: a handful of real customers use the portal first, and whatever slows them down gets fixed before everyone gets access. After that, the portal sells itself — it's the fastest way to an invoice, a status, or a booking, faster than any phone queue. Anyone who has downloaded an invoice at 10 p.m. once won't call for it again.

Do we need an app — or is the web portal enough?

Most companies start with the web portal: nothing to install, works on every device, including phones. A native iOS and Android app is worth it when your customers use the portal regularly or you want to reach them with push notifications. Both grow from the same foundation — you can start with web and add the app later without rebuilding.

What does a self-service platform cost?

That depends on which processes your portal covers and which systems we connect. After the free potential analysis you receive a written quote with scope, launch date, and a fixed price — once signed, that number doesn't change. And because the platform builds on a proven standard product, you'll pay considerably less than for a greenfield build.

Who takes care of the portal after launch?

We do. After rollout we keep running the platform: updates, security, new features, additional integrations. You don't need your own IT team for it. And if you ever want to take over yourself, a complete handover of code, access, and documentation is possible at any time — the source code and all accounts are yours from day one.
