About Us

Software for fintech & banking · In regulated markets since 2017

Financial products that stand up to regulation — and go live in about 90 days.

We've been building software for financial companies since 2017 — trading platforms, tokenization systems, investment portals, payment infrastructure. AI-powered development puts a clickable prototype in your hands within days instead of months, with KYC flows, audit logs, and GDPR designed in from day one. You end up with a product your customers actually use, your compliance can live with, and that is 100% yours.

Free and non-binding. In 30 minutes, we'll assess revenue potential, feasibility, and regulatory requirements together.

Sound familiar?

What's slowing your financial product down

In finance, speed decides who wins — and no industry gets slowed down more systematically. Between licensing, compliance, and technology, a year can pass before the first customer sees anything. That's a year for neobrokers and platform players to move into your market.

Regulation is eating your development time.

  • KYC flows, AML checks, MiFID documentation, PSD2 interfaces — every requirement your development partner sees for the first time costs weeks.
  • You notice it the third time you explain to an agency what an identity verification process is.
  • Your head start turns into a race against your own budget.

Your launch date depends on the tech.

  • Sales is ready, the offering has a date, the partner bank is waiting — the platform is "80 percent done."
  • Traditional development thinks in years; your market window thinks in months.
  • Every week of delay costs the moment your offer was new — not just money.

Your back office runs like it's 2005.

  • Account opening by PDF, orders by email, three systems reconciled in Excel.
  • Every new customer adds manual work on top.
  • Your team spends its days on data entry instead of clients.

What we build

What we build for fintechs and financial services firms

Since 2017, we've been building software that real money moves through. Every category below is something we've shipped more than once — in regulated environments.

Trading & investment platforms

Order flows, portfolio views, savings plans, real-time pricing: platforms your customers use to trade precious metals, securities, or digital assets — on the web and as iOS and Android apps.

Tokenization & digital securities

Security token offerings, issuance, investor management, custody: we've been building tokenization platforms since 2019 — including Germany's first BaFin-approved real estate STO — working hand in hand with your legal advisors.

Digital onboarding & KYC flows

Identity verification, contract signing, and account opening in one digital flow instead of PDFs, postal mail, and waiting. Connected to the KYC provider of your choice — with an audit trail for every decision.

Payment infrastructure

Payment processing, wallets, and API connections to payment providers and banks — reliable, traceable, and built for the day transaction volumes outgrow the plan.

AI agents for the back office

Digital coworkers that answer customer inquiries, check documents, and prepare reports — so your team doesn't have to grow with every new customer. Final decisions stay where regulators want them: with a human.

Client portals for financial services

Holdings, documents, open requests, and messages in one portal: your clients handle online what they used to call your back office for — around the clock, on web and mobile.

Integrations

Your financial product works with your systems — not around them

A financial product never stands alone: it runs on the systems and partners behind it. We connect what you already work with instead of replacing it.

Tools it connects to

A few examples — we connect what you actually need: direct interfaces to KYC providers, payment services, and custodian banks, plus an integration layer covering 1,500+ apps. Where a banking license is required, it stays with you or your institutional partner.

How it works

From idea to product in about 90 days — even in a regulated market

No agency black box, no never-ending project. Three steps, each with a clear deliverable — at a fixed price that doesn't move.

Step 1 · Weeks 1–2

Prove it before you build it

  • In the free Potential Analysis, we work out how much revenue your idea can generate and what regulation demands — KYC requirements, partners, technology.
  • You then receive a written scope, a fixed price, and a launch date.
  • If the idea doesn't hold up, we tell you plainly — and stop the project right there.

Step 2 · Weeks 3–9

Weekly sprints to version one

  • AI-powered development puts a clickable prototype in your hands within days — order flow, onboarding, and portfolio view you can click through, not a concept deck.
  • Every Friday you review the latest build in your browser and decide what gets built next.
  • Audit logs and access control take shape inside the architecture, not as an afterthought.
  • The fixed price stays fixed — no matter how many hours we put in.

Step 3 · Weeks 10–13

Test with real users, then go live

  • Five to ten users from your network work through the product for four weeks — from onboarding to their first transaction.
  • We build their feedback in before you spend a cent on sales or marketing.
  • After launch, we stay on to run and grow the product — a full handover is possible at any time, and the code is 100% yours.

The payoff

What you get out of it

A financial product that works for you — in the market, on your balance sheet, and in front of investors.

Faster to market than your competition

Roughly 90 days from idea to launch instead of twelve to eighteen months. You use your market window while others are still writing requirement documents — and you're in front of customers before the competition even reacts.

Compliance in the architecture, not as rework

KYC, audit trails, access control, and GDPR are part of the data model from day one. That spares you the expensive rebuilds that hit when an auditor or partner bank takes a closer look for the first time.

An asset you can show investors

Source code, credentials, and accounts are 100% yours — cleanly documented, with no dependency on us. In a due diligence or funding round, that's worth real money, and recurring software revenue adds to your company's valuation on top.

The comparison

Why a product of your own — and not an off-the-shelf kit

White-label platforms and fintech kits start fast — until the first requirement they weren't built for. Your own dev team is expensive and hard to staff. Our approach: a product of your own, built by people who have shipped software in regulated markets since 2017.

Auvesta — precious metals trading platform

Trading platform with a mobile app: customers trade gold, silver, platinum, and palladium with fractional ownership — physical holdings, represented digitally. Built out continuously since 2019, with over 3,500 active users today.

Bitalo — BaFin-regulated investment platform

Digital investment platform for tokenized stakes in real-world assets. The platform went live on schedule for its market launch — despite the regulatory requirements that usually stall projects like this one.

Frequently asked questions

What financial companies want to know before a project

Do you actually understand BaFin, MiFID II, and PSD2?

Yes — we've been building products in regulated environments since 2017: a BaFin-regulated investment platform (Bitalo), Germany's first BaFin-approved real estate STO (Fundament), and tokenization platforms since 2019. Your lawyers handle the legal advice — we translate the requirements into technology: KYC flows, audit logs, documentation duties, access control. For us, compliance is part of the data model and the architecture, not a patch applied shortly before launch.

Can you connect to our existing systems and partners?

Yes. KYC providers, payment service providers, custodian banks, CRM — we connect to the systems you already work with instead of replacing them. Where a banking license is required, it stays with you or your institutional partner: we deliver the technology, you provide the regulatory foundation. In the Potential Analysis, we go through your system landscape and tell you specifically what can be connected and how.

How safe is our customers' data?

Hosting is in the EU, GDPR-compliant, on accounts owned by your company. On top of that: encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, and audit logging for every relevant action — non-negotiable when financial data is involved. At any time, you get a full breakdown of every service in use and its running costs: there's no lock-in that only we can undo.

How can the price be fixed if the scope is only defined at the start?

The quote costs you nothing: in the free Potential Analysis, we clarify the idea, its feasibility, and the regulatory requirements. You then receive a written fixed-price quote with scope and launch date — once you sign, that number doesn't move, no matter how many hours we put in. Anything you want later, like an additional module or a new integration, gets its own quote.

You work with AI — is that good enough for a regulated product?

For us, AI speeds up writing code, not making decisions. Architecture, data model, and reviews are handled by a human who has been building software for nearly ten years — and in financial products especially, what counts is that every line is traceable and passes the same tests and standards as hand-written code. That way of working is what makes the fixed price and the roughly 90 days possible in the first place — and it's publicly documented in our book (vibecodingbuch.de).

Who owns the code — including when investors run due diligence?

You do, 100%. Source code, credentials, documentation, and the hosting and service accounts all run under your company's name — in a due diligence or a conversation with the regulator, you don't have to ask anyone's permission. We keep running the product after launch, but a complete handover is possible at any time: if you never hire us again, you're not missing a thing.
