The Challenge
CasaCrowd set out to democratize real estate investment: instead of buying entire properties, investors subscribe to digital shares in individual projects. That only works when two things come together — a public presence that builds trust, and a platform that handles security tokens in a regulation-ready way.
The real difficulty was hiding the technical complexity of tokenization, KYC/AML compliance, and secure wallet management behind an experience that first-time investors can navigate confidently without any blockchain background.
Our Approach
CPI delivered the project end to end: brand and visual identity, website design, and frontend development — plus the tokenization layer underneath that turns an investment website into a capital markets platform.
Rather than building from scratch, the infrastructure ran on MICCA, our tokenization platform: security token issuance, investor onboarding with integrated KYC/AML checks, and the groundwork for a future secondary market. That cut development time and kept the setup regulation-ready.

Results & Outlook
CasaCrowd launched with a polished web presence and a fully functional tokenization platform. The seamless path from browsing projects to subscribing shares lowers the barrier for people investing in real estate for the first time.
Technically, it gave CasaCrowd the foundation to list property offerings, manage investor relations, and meet regulatory requirements — without having to build blockchain expertise in-house.
Today, CasaCrowd is thinking bigger: at casacrowd.com, the company positions itself as an infrastructure layer for tokenized real-world assets (RWA) — with a planned ecosystem of modules such as CasaInvest, CasaFinder, and CasaFunds, and a private funding round currently open via convertible note.
