The challenge
Most AI assistants answer travel questions with lists of options. Comparing, configuring, and booking is still on the user — on other websites, in other apps. Vacabee set out to close exactly that gap: a concierge that doesn't just recommend a trip but completes the transaction.
In technical terms, that meant a real-time speech-to-speech pipeline, integrations with global travel inventory like Amadeus and RateHawk, payment processing including cryptocurrency via Coinbase — all inside a mobile app that clears Apple's and Google's review processes.
Our approach
CPI architected Vacabee from the ground up: an integration layer for inventory and payments, an AI core for language understanding and preferences, and an action layer that verifies availability and completes bookings.
The voice-first interface runs on a custom speech-to-speech pipeline. Mr. Bee understands context, remembers details like seat preferences and budget, suggests fitting boutique hotels, and presents booking cards with real-time pricing — confirmed in the same conversation, no forms involved.

A multi-step onboarding captures travel style, flight and food preferences, and hotel standards. The result is a preference profile the AI core draws on with every request — recommendations get sharper with each booking. The app takes voice and chat input interchangeably.

The results
Vacabee secured approval from both Apple and Google Play, putting it within reach of over 5 billion devices worldwide. The platform launched with trips to New York, Miami, and Los Angeles.
The company won the Evergreen Award for Best AI Start-Up in Miami 2025 and picked up coverage from Business Insider, Benzinga, and The AI Journal, among others.
Where it stands today
Vacabee now positions itself as travel infrastructure for the AI age: Mr. Bee (mrbee.ai) bundles flights, hotels, transfers, eSIM, visa support, and invoicing into a single conversation — Amadeus-connected, with an operations team behind the AI.
The same booking engine runs as a white-label product for clinics, hotel groups, and companies — the first packaged vertical for medical tourism is live at Quantum Biohack — and is open to developers through a REST API.
