In B2B sales, close rates hinge on response time: a lead called minutes after submitting a form is far easier to reach than one who waits hours. That is exactly where most teams fall short — the call happens hours later or not at all, and human SDRs only dial during business hours.
That gap became the product idea: an AI-native platform that calls every incoming lead within seconds, understands the request in conversation, and books the meeting on the spot — around the clock, with no one having to pick up a phone.
Approach
We built PowerSetter.AI as a full-stack Next.js application, wiring three AI building blocks into one real-time pipeline: speech recognition at 95%+ accuracy — even with dialects and background noise — LLMs for contextual conversation understanding, and natural voice synthesis. Response latency stays below 500 milliseconds, so the call feels like a normal conversation.
The platform connects natively to HubSpot (OAuth 2.0, bidirectional CRM sync) and Google Calendar for real-time booking; webhooks and a REST API hook up any other system. A follow-up engine automatically schedules new call attempts at optimized times when nobody answers.
