Starting Point
Green X-chain was founded by Swiss entrepreneurs with decades of startup and advisory experience to open a new equity funding route for green startups: shares are tokenized, and shareholders subscribe digitally. That called for a platform that credibly combines ecological ambition with financial technology – green in its look, precise in its execution.
The biggest hurdle was the audience itself: many prospects were investing in security tokens for the first time. The interface had to guide newcomers and explain STO mechanics clearly without slowing down experienced investors.
Our Approach
We delivered the complete platform – infrastructure, investor portal, and marketing website from a single build. Startups go through a structured onboarding and listing process: the Green X-chain team reviews the business case, then the platform carries the project through tokenization to its first digital capital increase.
Investors register free of charge, get approved, and gain access to the project listings. Funding runs in STO or ETO phases until the hard cap is reached; the security or equity tokens are then distributed to investors.
On top of that came strategic consulting: we optimized the investor journey for conversion and built an educational system that explains token offering mechanics step by step.

Green X-chain launched as an investor-ready platform and is still live at greenxchain.com – with investor log-in, startup sign-up, and the claim it all started with: "The Digital Swiss Platform for Green Startups & Shareholders".
The infrastructure supports multiple concurrent offerings; listings include token-based subordinated bonds with variable interest rates. The platform prices its startup services in Swiss francs.
For first-time investors, the barrier stayed low: free registration, a guided subscription flow, and educational content that makes sense. Today Green X-chain positions itself as a peer-to-peer platform for financing green startups – running on the infrastructure from this project.
