The starting point
The messenger market belongs to entrenched platforms: WhatsApp, Telegram, and WeChat each hold hundreds of millions of users. Entering this space takes more than feature parity – it takes a genuine reason to switch.
Glamster's answer was the convergence of secure messaging, social networking, and integrated crypto functionality in a single app. The team behind the project had no developers of its own – it needed a partner to deliver blockchain solutions, a comprehensive API, and the complete app development from one source.
In technical terms, that meant a peer-to-peer network with end-to-end encryption, an integrated crypto wallet, social features, and seamless synchronization across devices.
Our approach
CPI built the Glamster ecosystem from the ground up: a shared backend, native apps for iOS and Android, and a full-featured desktop client – including calls between desktop and smartphone.
The architecture rests on a peer-to-peer network with end-to-end encryption. Pairing mode links smartphone and desktop through encryption key sharing: conversations stay in sync across devices without weakening the encryption.
On top of that sits a multichain wallet right inside the chat: users can send crypto mid-conversation, including Glamster's native GLAM utility token. CPI delivered the blockchain integration and API in full – the client never needed an in-house tech team.
The app
Six functional areas that would normally require separate apps – in Glamster they interlock within a single interface.

Private or public groups with no participant cap, messages and media sent to many contacts at once – with full control over permissions and visibility.
Instagram-style stories with text, captions, and images turn the messenger into a social network.

Call from desktop to mobile and back – pick whichever platform suits, the conversations stay encrypted.

Getting into the smart wallet is deliberately lean: one screen, one button – behind it, the blockchain integration and API built by CPI absorb all the complexity.
The outcome
Glamster went live on schedule in 2022 – on the App Store and Google Play, complemented by the desktop client; a Huawei version was announced.
The app kept evolving after launch: a major update shipped features drawn directly from community suggestions – among them simplified broadcasting and public groups without a participant cap.
The result is a messenger that unites three worlds in one interface: private communication, a social feed, and crypto transactions – secured by end-to-end encryption on every channel.
