Callab was created by observing numerous flaws in existing video conferencing solutions. Problems ranging from poor video quality to security concerns created additional barriers to communication, although those tools were designed to make it easier.
Finally, we could not find a flexible and reliable platform that meets the needs of businesses that rely on video calls as their primary method of communication.
